The IPPA mentoring program pairs experienced members of the IPPA community with those seeking advice and support across a range of life experiences, including but not limited to career paths, opportunity crossroads, international and interstate relocation, and parenthood. The key objectives of the program are to:
- Enable early and mid-career Ionians to learn from the skills, knowledge and hints of more experienced Alumni.
- Foster meaningful professional connections and insights.
- Provide experienced Ionians with a rewarding opportunity to mentor and support those at the beginning of their career and life journey.
